Continuity of care only works when your named GP has the time and capacity to truly know you. We cap total memberships at 1,200 across the clinic so every doctor's list stays small enough that they can hold the story of every patient. It is a clinical decision, not a marketing one.
What is genuinely unlimited on Aafiyah Platinum?+
Three things: GP consultations (clinic, video or home), clinically-justified blood tests, and home visits across Dubai. If your named GP decides a visit or test is clinically needed, it is included on the annual membership fee — no per-visit charges, no per-test charges.
What does 'clinically justified' mean for blood tests?+
Simply that your GP decides the test is medically indicated — a repeat thyroid check, iron studies, cholesterol re-test after lifestyle change, hormone monitoring, and so on. We do not price-list-check tests; the doctor decides. That is what keeps the service medical, not commercial.
Do I really get the same doctor every visit?+
Yes — you are assigned a named British-trained GP who becomes your doctor for the year. No clinic-roulette, no re-explaining your story. Your GP shares your record with a small named team so cover is always seamless when they're off.
Does Platinum cover my whole family?+
Families of 4 or more receive a 20% Platinum family discount. The same named GP looks after the whole family on one shared record — the way primary care is meant to work.
How many memberships are still available?+
We do not publish live counts publicly to avoid pressure-selling. WhatsApp us and we'll tell you honestly how many places are left in the current cohort of 1,200 and whether we are open for new members this month.
What if I need a specialist?+
We coordinate the referral end-to-end. Your GP refers you to a trusted specialist, follows up on the report, and reviews the plan with you. You never get 'lost' between providers — a core promise of Platinum.
Is Platinum reimbursed by insurance?+
Memberships are typically self-pay. We issue itemised, ICD-coded invoices for consultations and tests where your policy may reimburse. WhatsApp us and we can share a sample invoice.
