One doctor. One nurse. One team that knows you.
Your healthcare should not start again at every appointment. Platinum gives you one named GP, one connected care team, one shared record and one written plan — under a single annual membership.
Platinum complements private health insurance. It does not replace emergency, hospital, specialist or major diagnostic cover.
What is Aafiyah Platinum?
Aafiyah Platinum is an annual private primary-care membership in Dubai. Members have a named GP supported by a connected care team, with unlimited GP consultations, clinically justified blood tests and home-care access under one published set of terms. Membership is capped at 1,200 active members so the team can protect continuity and access. The annual fee is AED 17,000, and membership begins with a full onboarding assessment and a written health plan. You join by applying online or speaking to the membership team.
Healthcare should not feel like starting over.
How care usually feels
- —Repeating the same history to a new face
- —A different doctor at every appointment
- —Chasing your own results
- —Chasing your own referrals
- —Nobody following up after the visit
- —Tests without a clear explanation
- —Several specialists, and no one holding the whole picture
- —Paying separately every single time
- —Waiting until something already feels wrong
- —Records scattered across three or four providers
How care works on Platinum
- ◆One named GP who already knows your history
- ◆One connected record across clinic, home and video care
- ◆One agreed plan, written down and shared with you
- ◆Proactive recalls when something is due
- ◆Ongoing monitoring rather than one-off snapshots
- ◆Clear ownership of every follow-up
- ◆Referral coordination handled by your care team
- ◆Home and clinic access under one membership
- ◆A care team that remembers what happened before
One doctor. One nurse. One team that knows you.
Your named GP leads the plan. Your nurse and care coordinator help make sure appointments, testing, follow-up and referrals do not get lost between providers.

What “unlimited” actually means on Platinum.
Unlimited means there is no fixed numerical limit. It does not mean unconditional. Everything below is clinically led, subject to availability and governed by the published membership terms.

- ◆Clinic, secure video or home options
- ◆Appointment type is chosen on clinical need, not on price

Not covered
- —Emergency care
- —Specialist consultations
- —Occupational or visa medicals
Unlimited clinically justified blood tests
There is no fixed numerical limit on routine tests your Aafiyah GP records as clinically needed.
- ◆Testing is based on symptoms, risk, monitoring or treatment

Not covered
- —Genetic testing
- —Tests for insurance, visa, employment or legal purposes
- —Imaging of any kind
- —Tests not considered clinically indicated by your GP

Ongoing results and medication review
Results are not sent to you without context.
- ◆Your named GP reviews every result with you

People managing long-term conditions
Structured reviews, planned monitoring and clinically led repeat testing.

People tired of fragmented care

When Platinum is probably not right for you
- —You rarely use private healthcare
- —You only need one isolated appointment
- —You are looking for emergency or hospital cover
- —You expect medically unnecessary tests on demand
- —You need a specialist service rather than primary care
If that sounds like you, our pay-as-you-go pricing is very likely the better option, and we will tell you so on the call.
Work out whether membership makes sense for you.
Enter the care you realistically expect to use in a year. We compare it against AED 17,000 per year — and we show you when paying per appointment would cost less. Approximately AED 1,417 per month when the annual fee is divided across 12 months.
AED 500 per consultation
AED 500 — no home-visit surcharge
AED 1,200 per Signature profile with review
AED 200 per home collection
AED 400 each
Charged as a GP consultation
AED 600 for an extended consultation
Nurse home visits and physiotherapy screens are not shown here because their pay-as-you-go prices are not published on the clinic price list. They are confirmed on your membership call.
- Paying per appointment
- AED 9,400
- Platinum membership
- AED 17,000
On these usage levels, paying per appointment would cost AED 7,600 less across the year.
Platinum may provide strong value for people who regularly use private primary care. It may not be the lowest-cost option for someone who only expects one or two appointments.
Not counted in these numbers
- ◆Continuity with one named GP
- ◆One shared record instead of several
- ◆Clear ownership of every follow-up
- ◆Referral coordination handled for you
- ◆Proactive recalls rather than reactive visits
Estimates only, based on the published pay-as-you-go prices on our price list. Actual usage is clinically led and will differ. Full terms are on the membership terms page.

One family. One connected care team. Separate confidential records.
Does each family member need their own membership?
Individual membership. Family members join on their own membership at the family rate.
Is there a family discount?
Confirmed on your membership call — the family rate and minimum family size are confirmed before you apply.
Can children join?
Confirmed on your membership call — children's eligibility and rate are confirmed on the membership call.
Does the family share one GP?
Yes. Families are looked after by the same named GP and care team wherever possible, so the household context is not lost.
Is our medical information shared between us?
No. Each adult keeps a separate confidential record. Coordination happens at care-team level, not by merging records. Parents hold consent for their children's care in the usual way.
Are home visits available for the whole family?
Yes, inside the published Dubai service area and under the same terms as individual membership.
Can vaccinations and screening be coordinated?
Yes. Vaccination review and preventive screening plans are part of every membership; vaccine costs are charged separately.
Can we include older parents?
Yes, on their own membership. Home visits and coordination are often the reason families do this.
Capped at 1,200 members, for a clinical reason.
Platinum is capped at 1,200 active members across the clinic. This is a service-capacity decision, not a temporary discount.
Applications open
Applications are currently open, subject to membership capacity.
We do not publish a live remaining-places figure, because we will not display a number we cannot audit. The membership team confirms current availability on your call.
Continuity takes time
Knowing a patient properly means longer appointments and reading the history before you walk in.
A named GP needs a manageable list
Continuity only exists when the doctor's list is small enough to hold in mind.
Follow-up needs capacity
Recalls, results calls and referral chasing are real clinical hours, not admin afterthoughts.
Home services need operational capacity
Home doctor, nurse and phlebotomy visits are limited by the team and the day, not by demand.
The cap protects the promise
It is easier to sell more memberships than to keep the service promise. The cap is how we keep it.
This is not a sales promotion
The cap is a service-capacity decision and does not change with the marketing calendar.

Everything patients ask before joining.
What is a private GP membership?+
A private GP membership is an annual agreement with one clinic that covers your primary care under a single fee instead of paying per appointment. At Aafiyah it means a named GP, a connected care team, one shared record and a written plan reviewed through the year.
What does Aafiyah Platinum include?+
Platinum includes a named GP, unlimited GP appointments in clinic, by video or at home, clinically justified blood tests, home nurse and blood-collection visits, an annual 360-degree assessment, medication review, a written health plan, referral coordination, priority booking and a direct care-team line. Full detail is on the membership terms page.
How much does Platinum cost?+
Platinum costs AED 17,000 per year. That is approximately AED 1,417 per month when the annual fee is divided across twelve months, though the fee is billed annually.
Does Platinum replace health insurance?+
No. Platinum complements insurance and does not replace it. Insurance covers hospital, specialist, imaging, surgery and emergency costs; Platinum covers day-to-day primary care, testing within the published terms and coordination.
Are GP appointments really unlimited?+
Yes, in the sense that there is no fixed numerical limit. Appointments are clinically led and subject to availability, and Platinum is not an emergency service.
Which blood tests are included?+
Blood tests your named GP records as clinically indicated are included, covering routine panels such as full blood count, kidney and liver function, HbA1c, lipids, thyroid, iron studies, vitamin D, B12 and inflammatory markers. Anything outside that is quoted before the sample is taken.
Can I request any blood test?+
No. You can request any test, but inclusion depends on your GP recording a clinical indication. Genetic testing, reference-laboratory assays and tests for insurance, visa, employment or legal purposes are excluded and quoted separately.
Are home doctor visits included?+
Yes, inside the published Dubai service area and during published home-service hours. No fixed arrival window is promised; the care team confirms timing when you call.
Are nurse visits included?+
Yes, inside the published Dubai service area for bloods, injections, wound care and observations. Consumables and medications may be charged where they are not covered.
Can I use Platinum for my whole family?+
Yes, with each family member on their own membership at the family rate. One care team looks after the household while each adult keeps a separate confidential record.
Can children join?+
Children's eligibility and rate are confirmed on your membership call, because that detail is being finalised and we will not publish it until it is signed off.
Can older parents join?+
Yes, on their own membership. Home visits, medication review and coordination are the parts families use most.
Who will my named GP be?+
Your named GP is confirmed before your membership starts, and at present that is Dr Shahbaz Afzal, UK-trained Consultant in Family Medicine and DHA-licensed. You meet your GP at the onboarding consultation.
Will I always see the same doctor?+
That is the design of the membership, and your named GP is your default for every appointment. Continuity is the reason the membership list is capped.
What happens when my GP is unavailable?+
Another Aafiyah GP sees you with full access to your record and plan, and your named GP is updated afterwards. You never restart the story.
Is there after-hours support?+
The home-visit service operates outside clinic hours and overnight requests are triage-led. We do not publish a 24/7 membership access promise, because that is not what we can consistently deliver.
Can I use video consultations while travelling?+
Yes, video consultations are available while you are away, subject to UAE prescribing rules for any medication.
Can Platinum manage diabetes or high blood pressure?+
Yes. Structured chronic-condition reviews, clinically led monitoring bloods, medication review and recalls are part of the membership for conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol.
Can Platinum help with specialist referrals?+
Yes. Your care team arranges the referral, shares your record with the specialist and follows up the outcome. Specialist, imaging and hospital fees are not included.
What is not included?+
Emergency care, ambulance, hospital admission, surgery, specialist fees, imaging, medication costs, dental, optical, evacuation and insurance cover are not included. The full exclusion list is on the membership terms page.
Why is membership capped?+
Membership is capped at 1,200 active members so the team can protect continuity, access and the time each member gets. It is a service-capacity decision, not a sales tactic.
How many memberships are currently available?+
Applications are currently open, subject to membership capacity. We do not publish a live remaining-places number, because we will not display a figure we cannot audit — the membership team confirms current availability on your call.
What happens when capacity is reached?+
Applications pause and a waiting list opens, and existing members are unaffected. You will be told on your call if that is the current position.
Can I cancel?+
Cancellation terms, including the cooling-off period and any pro-rata rules, are set out on the membership terms page and confirmed in writing before you pay.
Can I pay monthly?+
Platinum is billed annually. Whether instalments are available is confirmed on your membership call — we will not advertise a monthly plan that is not in place.
How do I apply?+
Apply using the form on this page or speak to the membership team on WhatsApp. We arrange a private call, confirm suitability and capacity, and only then take an application forward.

Platinum membership — direct answers
Short, factual answers to the questions asked most often before joining.
What is Aafiyah Platinum Membership?
Aafiyah Platinum is an annual primary-care membership in Dubai. It gives you one named British-trained, DHA-licensed GP, a supporting care team, unlimited GP appointments, clinically justified blood testing and home visits, all covered by a single yearly fee of AED 17,000.
How much does Aafiyah Platinum Membership cost?
Platinum membership is AED 17,000 per year, billed annually and covering twelve months of care. The fee includes your named GP, unlimited GP appointments, clinically justified blood tests and home visits. Full inclusions and exclusions are published on the membership terms page.
Is Platinum billed monthly or yearly?
Platinum is billed annually as one payment of AED 17,000 covering a twelve-month membership year. It is not a rolling monthly subscription. If you would like to discuss payment arrangements, ask the membership team before you apply.
How long does Platinum membership last?
Platinum runs for twelve months from the date your first payment clears and your first GP consultation is booked. It is an annual membership, not a lifetime arrangement, and renewal is discussed with you in writing before the year ends.
Do I see the same doctor every time?
Yes. Platinum assigns one named GP for your membership year, so appointments continue a single record rather than starting again. If your named GP is unavailable, another Aafiyah clinician sees you with full access to the same notes and plan.
What does unlimited GP access actually mean?
It means there is no capped number of GP appointments in your membership year and no per-visit charge for them. Appointments are booked in the usual way and used for genuine clinical need; the fair-use position is set out in the membership terms.
Can I message my care team directly?
Yes. Members get direct WhatsApp access to the Aafiyah care team, who handle scheduling and route clinical questions to your named GP. It is a care-team channel with clinic-hours response, not an emergency line or a personal number.
Is Platinum a 24/7 service?
No. The clinic operates seven days a week from 09:00 to 18:00, and the home-visit service runs outside those hours with triage-led cover. Platinum is not an emergency service; for emergencies you should call 998 or attend an emergency department.
Are blood tests included in Platinum?
Clinically justified blood tests requested by your Aafiyah GP are included in the annual fee. That means tests your doctor considers necessary for diagnosis, screening or monitoring. Tests requested purely on preference, without clinical indication, sit outside the membership.
What does clinically justified mean?
A clinically justified test is one your GP believes will change your diagnosis, treatment or monitoring. It is a medical decision, made with you, based on your symptoms, history and risk. It is the standard used across NHS and UK private primary care.
Can I ask for any blood test I want?
You can ask, and your GP will discuss it with you. Tests are included when there is a clinical reason for them. Where a request has no clinical indication, your doctor will explain why and can arrange it privately outside the membership.
Who explains my blood test results?
Your named GP reviews and explains every result, in context with your history rather than as a list of numbers. You get an explanation of what is normal, what needs action and what will be repeated, plus a clear plan for follow-up.
Does Platinum include home visits?
Yes. Home visits within the covered Dubai service area are included in the annual fee, for both doctor and nursing appointments where clinically appropriate. Visits are booked in advance and scheduled with the care team; coverage details are set out in the terms.
Can bloods be taken at home?
Yes. Where a blood test is clinically justified, a nurse can collect the sample at your home or office rather than requiring a clinic visit. Samples are returned to the Business Bay clinic for processing and your GP reviews the results with you.
Can my whole family join Platinum?
Yes. Platinum is an individual membership, so each family member holds their own, and they can all be looked after by the same named GP. A family rate applies for larger households — confirm the current rate with the membership team.
How do I apply for Platinum?
Complete the application form on the Platinum page with your contact details and preferred contact time. The membership team replies to arrange a short conversation about fit, answer your questions and confirm the fee before anything is charged. No medical details are collected in the form.
Is membership capped?
Yes. Membership is capped at 1,200 active members to protect continuity, appointment availability and the time the team can give each member. Applications are currently open, subject to capacity. We do not publish a live countdown of remaining places.
What happens if the membership is full?
If capacity is reached, new applications are held and you are told honestly where you stand rather than being signed up into a waiting queue you did not choose. You can still use Aafiyah as a pay-as-you-go patient in the meantime.
Is Platinum health insurance?
No. Platinum is not insurance and does not replace it. It is a private primary-care membership covering GP care, clinically justified testing and home visits. You still need valid UAE health insurance for hospital, specialist and emergency cover.
Do I still need insurance if I join Platinum?
Yes. UAE law requires health insurance for residents, and Platinum does not cover hospital admission, surgery, emergency care or most specialist treatment. Members typically keep insurance for those events and use Platinum for day-to-day primary care and prevention.
How is Platinum different from paying per visit?
Paying per visit means each consultation and each test is a separate decision about cost. Platinum replaces that with one annual fee, so you contact your GP when something is wrong rather than waiting to see whether it settles.
Who is my named GP?
Your named GP is a British-trained, DHA-licensed Aafiyah doctor confirmed to you when your membership starts. You are told who they are before you pay, and you can ask to discuss fit with them during the application conversation.
What is included in the annual fee?
The fee covers your named GP, unlimited GP appointments, clinically justified blood tests requested by your Aafiyah GP, and home visits within the covered service area. Exclusions such as hospital care, imaging and specialist treatment are listed on the terms page.
How quickly can I get an appointment as a member?
Membership is capped specifically so that appointment availability stays workable for members. The team prioritises member bookings and will tell you honestly what is available rather than promising a fixed response time we cannot guarantee every day.
Can I have video consultations?
Yes. Routine reviews, results discussions and follow-up conversations can be done by video with your named GP where that is clinically appropriate, which is often more practical than travelling for a short review.
Is the membership fee subject to VAT?
Healthcare services in the UAE are generally zero-rated for VAT, though non-clinical items can attract 5%. The exact treatment of your membership fee is confirmed in writing before payment so there is no ambiguity about the total you pay.
Where is Aafiyah Care Clinic?
Aafiyah Care Clinic is at Unit G09, Churchill Executive Towers, Business Bay, Dubai. The clinic is open seven days a week from 09:00 to 18:00, and home visits across the covered Dubai service area are arranged from there.
