When a family office arranges medical care, the practical obstacles are rarely clinical. They are scheduling across several people, keeping information appropriately confidential, and having one point of contact who does not change every month.
How the arrangement works
Each principal or family member holds their own Platinum membership, and each is assigned a named British-trained GP. The office holds the administrative relationship: applications, renewals, scheduling and invoicing.
Because membership is annual and capped, the office is not negotiating fees visit by visit, and availability is protected by the cap rather than by an escalation call.
Confidentiality boundaries
Clinical information belongs to the member. Aafiyah discusses medical detail with the patient, not with the office, unless the patient has given explicit consent for that information to be shared.
Offices receive what they need to administer: appointment logistics, membership status and billing — never clinical notes by default.
Coordination and referrals
Where a member needs specialist input, imaging or hospital care, the named GP writes the referral and helps coordinate it. Those services are arranged and billed separately; membership covers the primary-care relationship, not the hospital bill.
For households with staff, visiting relatives or seasonal residency, the team will tell you honestly what membership does and does not cover before anything is signed.
