Amar is the founder of Aafiyah Care — built from a simple belief that healthcare in Dubai should feel personal, unhurried and genuinely British in standard. He set out to create a clinic where one doctor knows you for life, where the team takes responsibility for your health, and where families are treated with the care he'd want for his own.
With a background spanning healthcare operations and patient experience, Amar leads Aafiyah's vision — from the clinic in Business Bay to homecare across Dubai, and the long-term care packages that quietly look after the people who matter most.

A UK-trained and DHA-licensed Consultant in Family Medicine and the founding clinician at Aafiyah Care. Dr Shabz built Aafiyah around the way medicine should be practised — long consultations, one doctor for life, and the time to actually listen.
His clinical interests span chronic disease management, preventative cardiology, men's and women's health and complex polypharmacy reviews — in clinic, at home and at the hotel. Patients describe him as unhurried, thorough and refreshingly honest.

Saira is a UK-trained and DHA-licensed Registered Nurse who supports our clinic and homecare teams across Dubai. From bloods and injections to IV therapy, wound care and vital signs, she brings calm, confidence and a careful eye to every visit.
