Do you accept insurance in Dubai?+
We are not insurance-based yet — we do not direct-bill any insurer. You pay at the time of your appointment and we issue a fully coded, itemised invoice with the documentation your insurer needs for a reimbursement claim.
Which insurers do you have direct billing with?+
None at present. Direct billing agreements are being reviewed; until they are in place and confirmed on this page, every visit is self-pay with reimbursement support.
What is included in the invoice?+
Your invoice includes the clinic's DHA licence details, the treating doctor's name and licence number, ICD-coded diagnoses, itemised consultation, tests and medications, and the date and place of service.
How much do most patients get back?+
This depends entirely on your policy's outpatient benefit, deductible and co-insurance. Check your policy schedule or send it to us on WhatsApp before your appointment and we will tell you what documentation to request.
Can you provide reports for a claim after the visit?+
Yes. We can reissue invoices, add a medical report or complete an insurer's claim form on request — usually within one working day.
