The health check most men in Dubai never get around to.
Energy, sleep, weight, mood, performance — often it's not 'just stress.' A proper 40+ marker panel and a doctor who'll actually talk you through it.
Health markers checked — including testosterone, PSA, thyroid and cardiac risk
Named British GP — no starting from scratch on the awkward conversations
Home visit anywhere in Dubai, or our Business Bay clinic
What men tell us before they book — and what we do about it.
"Constantly tired, but every test you've had came back "normal.""
We look beyond the basics — testosterone, thyroid, iron, vitamin D, cholesterol and blood sugar — and explain what "normal" actually means for you.
"You know your family history of heart disease, but nobody's checked your risk."
A full cardiovascular risk profile with ECG, reviewed with your GP — not just a number on a printout.
"Embarrassed to bring up low libido, mood or sleep with a doctor you've never met."
Your named GP, every time. The kind of conversation that's easier when you're not starting from scratch.
"No time for multiple appointments at different clinics for different things."
One visit. Bloods, ECG, body composition and a proper consultation — at our Business Bay clinic or at home.
Three steps, no friction.

Men's health check in Dubai — clinic or home visit.
The Executive Men's Health Check is available at our Business Bay clinic, or via home visit across Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate and The Springs. Fasting bloods can be drawn at home by our DHA-licensed nurses, with results reviewed by your GP by phone or video — wherever you are in Dubai. Whether you want executive health screening near DIFC, a men's blood test at home in Dubai Marina, or a discreet prostate check from Business Bay, the same named GP runs the consultation end-to-end.
Preventive medicine works — but only if you actually look.
Find what 'normal' is hiding.
Standard insurance check-ups screen a handful of markers. Subclinical low testosterone, early insulin resistance, low ferritin, low vitamin D and borderline thyroid dysfunction are routinely missed — and they're the things that quietly drive fatigue, low mood, weight gain and poor performance for years.
Cardiovascular risk is the silent killer.
Heart disease remains the leading cause of death for men in the UAE. An ECG, lipid panel, blood pressure and a calculated cardiovascular risk score reviewed by a GP gives you a clear, personalised number — not a generic 'you should exercise more.'
Prostate and hormonal health, properly screened.
PSA, testosterone and SHBG together give a much fuller picture than any single number. Caught early, the vast majority of prostate and hormonal issues are managed straightforwardly. Caught late, they're not.
Proactive beats reactive — every time.
Preventive medicine isn't about hypochondria. It's about catching one or two markers drifting in the wrong direction while you can still change them with lifestyle, not surgery.
This check is particularly useful if you:
- ✓Are over 35 and haven't had a full health check in the last 2 years
- ✓Have a family history of heart disease, diabetes, or prostate issues
- ✓Have noticed changes in energy, sleep, mood, weight or libido and put it down to 'just getting older' or 'just stress'
- ✓Want a clear baseline before starting a new training programme, GLP-1 programme, or major lifestyle change
- ✓Are a DIFC / Business Bay / Downtown professional who wants this handled efficiently in one visit
- ✓Are planning a family and want fertility-relevant markers checked
"I'd been putting this off for years — kept assuming I was just busy and tired. Turned out my vitamin D and iron were both rock bottom, and my cholesterol needed addressing. Having someone actually call and explain it, rather than just emailing a PDF, made all the difference."

Questions men actually ask.
Do I need to fast before the men's health check?+
Yes — for the most accurate cholesterol, fasting glucose and HbA1c results, we recommend fasting for 10–12 hours beforehand (water is fine). Testosterone is best measured in the morning, so most patients are booked for an early appointment. Your GP will confirm timing when you book.
Is a single testosterone test reliable?+
Testosterone naturally fluctuates and is typically highest in the morning. We always measure in the morning, and if a result is borderline or low, your GP will repeat the test (often alongside SHBG, LH, FSH and prolactin) before any discussion of treatment. We never diagnose low testosterone on a single number.
What happens if something comes back abnormal?+
Your GP calls you to discuss results directly, explains what each marker means in your personal context, and advises on next steps — lifestyle changes, monitoring, repeat testing, or specialist referral. Nothing is left as just a PDF dropped in your inbox.
What is PSA and do I need it?+
PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) is a blood marker used to screen for prostate conditions including cancer. It's included for men aged 40+ in our WellMan check. Your GP will discuss the benefits and limitations of PSA testing before it's run, in line with international best-practice guidance.
Can this check pick up erectile dysfunction or low libido causes?+
Yes. ED, low libido, fatigue and mood changes often have a clear medical driver — low testosterone, high blood sugar, cardiovascular risk, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin D or B12 deficiency, or medication side effects. The WellMan panel screens for all of these in one visit, and your GP discusses findings privately and without judgement.
Can this lead into the Metabolic Health (weight loss) programme if relevant?+
Yes — if your bloods, body composition or cardiac risk score suggest a GLP-1 programme could help, your GP will discuss it openly as part of your consultation. There's no obligation either way.
Is the men's health check covered by insurance?+
Executive health checks are typically self-pay in the UAE and not covered by most insurance policies. Your GP can advise on insurance-covered alternatives if preferred.
Can the check be done at home?+
Yes. Our DHA-licensed nurse can draw all bloods at home anywhere in Dubai, the clinical consultation can be done at home or at our Business Bay clinic, and ECG and body composition are typically done in clinic (or at home with portable equipment for an additional fee).
Can I get a men's health check at home in Dubai Marina or JLT?+
Yes — our nurses can draw bloods at home anywhere across Dubai Marina, JLT and surrounding areas, with your results reviewed by your GP afterwards. The full Executive Men's Health Check, including ECG and body composition, can be done in your apartment or at our Business Bay clinic.
Is there a men's health clinic near DIFC?+
Our Business Bay clinic is a short distance from DIFC, and we also offer discreet office or home visits for DIFC-based professionals. Executive health screening is one of our most popular DIFC services — early-morning appointments are usually easy to fit around meetings.
How much does a testosterone test cost in Dubai?+
Testosterone testing is included as part of our Executive Men's Health Check from AED 1,500, which also includes a full 40+ marker panel, ECG, body composition and a proper GP consultation — rather than a single isolated test. Standalone testosterone testing is rarely the right approach because SHBG, free testosterone, thyroid and ferritin all need to be interpreted together.
