Home care FAQs
How much do home care services in Dubai cost?+
Home doctor visits start from AED 750, home nurse visits from AED 350 per visit, and IV therapy from AED 500. Ongoing elderly care packages are quoted monthly. We provide insurance-ready invoices.
Is home care covered by insurance in Dubai?+
Most international and premium UAE plans (Daman, ADNIC, Cigna, Allianz, AXA, Bupa Global) reimburse home healthcare when medically indicated. We issue fully coded invoices for reimbursement.
Do you offer 24-hour home care in Dubai?+
Yes. Our homecare team is on call 24/7 for urgent doctor and nursing needs. Routine visits are scheduled across the day, 7 days a week.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?+
All of Dubai — Business Bay, Downtown, Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, JVC, DIFC, Mirdif, and more.
What's the difference between a home doctor and home nurse?+
A home doctor diagnoses, prescribes and creates a treatment plan. A home nurse delivers ongoing care — injections, wound dressing, IV setup, vitals monitoring — under doctor supervision. Many patients need both, working as one team.
Can you provide live-in nursing care for an elderly parent?+
Yes — we arrange short-term and live-in nursing for elderly, post-surgery and palliative patients, with a named family medicine consultant overseeing the care plan.
Are your nurses and doctors DHA-licensed?+
Every clinician on our team is DHA-licensed and credentialled. We follow Dubai Health Authority standards for clinical governance, medication safety and patient privacy.
How do I book home care for a relative who isn't with me?+
You can book on someone else's behalf — call us or WhatsApp with their location, contact and a brief description of needs. Our coordinator will arrange the visit and keep you updated.
