Doctor involvement: A GP reviews the care plan when clinical needs change, and can visit when needed.
Carer or nurse overnight: which is needed?
If the night is about safety, toileting and company, a caregiver is usually right. If there are medicines due, tube feeds, oxygen checks or unstable observations, a nurse is required. The assessment decides this, not price.
What happens if something changes during the night?
Staff follow the escalation plan in the care plan: contact the on-call clinician, the family, or 998 for an emergency.
Questions families ask
Is the overnight carer awake all night?+
Yes. Our overnight care is awake care, so the patient is supported whenever they need help.
Can overnight care be arranged for a few nights only?+
Yes, for example after discharge from hospital, subject to assessment and availability.
Can I claim this on insurance?+
We are not an insurance-billing clinic. You pay directly and we issue a fully coded invoice that many international and premium UAE plans reimburse.
