Provided by: Caregivers and Registered Nurses, with GP review from Aafiyah Care Clinic

Doctor involvement: GP review of medicines, new or sudden confusion, sleep and pain.

Why does sudden confusion need a doctor?

A sharp change over hours or days is often delirium from infection, dehydration, pain or a medicine, not worsening dementia. Our caregivers are trained to report it, and the GP reviews the same day.

How do you handle distress or refusal of care?

Carers slow down, explain, offer choices and try again later. The care plan records what calms the person and what does not.

Questions families ask

Can care be provided in Arabic or other languages?+

Tell us the languages your family member speaks and we will match staff where we can.

Do you give respite to family carers?+

Yes. Regular short shifts or overnight care let family carers rest, subject to availability.

Can I claim this on insurance?+

We are not an insurance-billing clinic. You pay directly and we issue a fully coded invoice that many international and premium UAE plans reimburse.
