"It's just hormones" shouldn't be the end of the conversation.
Fatigue, mood changes, sleep problems, irregular cycles — a proper hormone panel and a doctor who'll talk it through with you, not dismiss it.
Markers checked, including the full bespoke hormone panel
Named GP — continuity for the follow-up conversation too

Timing of hormone testing can matter depending on your cycle and stage of life — your GP will advise on the best timing when you book. Available at our Business Bay clinic or via home visit across Dubai with a female nurse.
Women's hormone health check — clinic or home visit.
The Complete Women's Health Check is available at our Business Bay clinic, or via home visit across Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills Estate and The Springs. Fasting bloods and hormone panels can be drawn at home by a DHA-licensed female nurse, with results reviewed by your GP by phone or video — wherever you are in Dubai. Whether you're looking for a perimenopause clinic in Business Bay, a hormone test at home in Dubai Marina, or a thyroid and fatigue workup near Jumeirah, the same named GP runs the consultation end-to-end.
Your health, your clarity.
Hormones aren't a single number.
Perimenopause, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction and adrenal stress all overlap symptomatically — fatigue, sleep changes, mood, weight, cycle changes. The only way to untangle them is to test the full panel together and interpret it in context.
Iron, B12 and vitamin D quietly run the show.
Persistent fatigue in women is most often a combination of low ferritin, low vitamin D and subclinical thyroid dysfunction — not 'just stress'. These are easy to test, easy to correct, and routinely missed by quick consultations.
Cardiovascular risk in women is under-diagnosed.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women globally, yet women's cardiovascular risk is consistently underestimated. Lipids, blood pressure, HbA1c and an ECG together give you a clear baseline before symptoms appear.
Proactive care, not reactive panic.
Bone density, thyroid health, cervical screening and hormone tracking through your 30s, 40s and 50s prevent the most common avoidable problems. Catch trends early — change the trajectory.
This check is particularly useful if you:
- ✓Are noticing changes in your cycle, sleep, mood, or energy and want clarity on what's actually going on
- ✓Are in or approaching perimenopause and want a proper baseline rather than guesswork
- ✓Have ongoing fatigue that hasn't been fully investigated
- ✓Are trying to conceive and want fertility-relevant markers checked
- ✓Have a family history of thyroid issues, osteoporosis, breast cancer, or early menopause
- ✓Have PCOS or suspect insulin resistance and want a full metabolic picture
- ✓Want a GP who'll take the time to discuss hormone health properly — and be there for the follow-up conversation too
"I'd been told for two years that what I was feeling was 'just stress' or 'just my age.' Having someone actually run the full panel, sit down and go through it properly — and then check in with me a month later — was the first time I felt like someone was actually listening."
— Patient, Dubai Marina, Complete Women's Health Check
Questions women actually ask.
When in my cycle should I do the hormone test?+
For some hormone markers (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone) timing relative to your cycle matters — typically day 2–5 for FSH/LH/oestradiol and day 21 for progesterone. Your GP will talk you through the best timing when you book. If you're no longer having regular cycles or are on hormonal contraception, there's a suitable approach either way.
I think I might be in perimenopause — can this confirm it?+
There's no single test that 'confirms' perimenopause, because hormone levels fluctuate from cycle to cycle. But a full hormone panel alongside a proper conversation about your symptoms gives a much clearer picture than guesswork, and helps your GP discuss what might help — including lifestyle, supplementation or HRT.
What happens if my results suggest I need treatment, like HRT?+
Your GP will discuss this with you directly, explain the options, benefits and considerations (including the latest evidence on body-identical HRT), and only proceed with something you feel fully informed about. There's never any pressure — and we'll always look at lifestyle and non-hormonal options too.
Is this covered by insurance?+
Comprehensive women's health assessments are typically offered as a self-pay service, though some elements (e.g. specific blood tests or follow-up consultations) may be covered depending on your policy. Our team can advise on what your policy may cover when you book.
Can my GP also discuss weight, energy, sleep or mood as part of this?+
Yes. This consultation is designed to look at the whole picture — hormones don't exist in isolation. If relevant, your GP may also discuss our Metabolic Health (weight loss) programme, thyroid management, or refer onward — always with continuity of care, not a handoff.
Do I need a Pap smear every year?+
Current international guidance is every 3 years for Pap testing alone (or every 5 years with HPV co-testing) for most women aged 25–65. Your GP will discuss what's appropriate for you based on your age, history and previous results. Pap smear and HPV testing are included in this package.
I'm trying to get pregnant — is this the right check?+
It's an excellent starting point. The hormone panel (including FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin, SHBG and TSH) covers the key markers relevant to fertility, and your GP can discuss next steps including ovulation tracking, AMH testing or referral to a fertility specialist if needed.
Can this check be done at home?+
Yes. Our DHA-licensed female nurse can draw all bloods at home anywhere in Dubai, and your clinical consultation can be done at home or at our Business Bay clinic. ECG and breast examination are typically best done in clinic.
Where can I get a hormone test near Jumeirah or Palm Jumeirah?+
We offer home visits for blood collection across Jumeirah and Palm Jumeirah, with full hormone panels (FSH, LH, oestradiol, SHBG, progesterone, prolactin) reviewed by your GP. A female nurse can attend at a time that suits — early-morning slots are usually easiest for accurate hormone timing.
Is there a perimenopause clinic in Business Bay?+
Our Business Bay clinic offers comprehensive hormone health checks, including markers relevant to perimenopause, alongside a full GP consultation. Most patients in their 40s come in concerned about fatigue, sleep and mood changes — perimenopause is one of the most under-recognised causes and our Complete Women's Health Check is specifically designed to investigate it properly.
How much does a hormone test cost in Dubai?+
Hormone testing is included in our Complete Hormone Health Check from AED 1,800, which covers a full hormone panel, thyroid, vitamin D, ferritin, full bloods, ECG, breast examination, Pap smear, HPV testing and a proper GP consultation — not just a standalone test. Isolated hormone tests rarely give the full picture because cycle timing, thyroid and iron all need to be interpreted together.
