What can a caregiver do, and what can they not do?
Caregivers help with personal care, food, mobility, company and reminders. They observe and report changes. They do not administer injections, change catheters, manage wounds, adjust medicines or make clinical decisions.
How are shifts arranged?
Short visits, half-days, 8 or 12-hour shifts and recurring weekly patterns can be arranged after assessment, subject to availability.
Questions families ask
Is the caregiver supervised?+
Yes. A Registered Nurse writes the plan, checks in regularly and is the escalation point if anything changes.
Can support be arranged for a few hours only?+
Yes, subject to assessment and staffing in your area.
Can I claim this on insurance?+
We are not an insurance-billing clinic. You pay directly and we issue a fully coded invoice that many international and premium UAE plans reimburse.
