Why do medicine lists go wrong after hospital?
Discharge letters often add, stop or change medicines while the old supply is still at home. A nurse check prevents doubling up or missing doses.
What is the difference between a reminder and administration?
A reminder is a prompt from a caregiver to take a prepared dose. Administration, such as an injection, is a nursing task done by a Registered Nurse.
Questions families ask
Can the nurse collect prescriptions?+
A caregiver can collect from the pharmacy on an errand. Prescriptions themselves come from the treating doctor.
Will you tell my doctor about problems?+
Yes. With consent, side effects or missed doses are reported to the GP or treating specialist.
Can I claim this on insurance?+
We are not an insurance-billing clinic. You pay directly and we issue a fully coded invoice that many international and premium UAE plans reimburse.
