A check of everything you are actually taking against every prescriber's list — duplication and interactions are the most common problem we find on a first visit.
Anaphylaxis preparedness
Nurses carry emergency medication and stay for the observation period after a first dose, which is precisely the part a self-administered or unsupervised injection misses.

Home administration is reimbursable on most plans when the medication is prescribed and medically indicated. Coded invoices are provided; medication itself is billed separately where we supply it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a prescription for a home injection?
Yes — a valid UAE prescription is required for any prescription-only medication. If you do not have one, our GP can assess you first, by home visit or in clinic, and prescribe where appropriate.
Can you give fertility injections at a specific time each evening?
Yes. Fertility cycles are timed, so we book a fixed slot for the full course and keep the same nurse where possible.
Can you give IV antibiotics at home?
Yes, on prescription. The nurse cannulates, runs the infusion with vitals monitored, and cares for the line between doses — a common alternative to staying in hospital for a full course.
Will you bring the medication?
We can supply many commonly prescribed items, billed separately. Specialist or cold-chain medication is usually dispensed to you and we administer what you already hold.
What happens if I react to an injection?
The nurse stays for an observation period after a first dose, carries emergency medication, and escalates to the duty GP immediately. Serious reactions are referred to emergency services.
Can you teach me to inject myself?
Yes, and we encourage it where it is safe. Many patients take over their own anticoagulant or fertility injections after one or two supervised visits.
