Rashes, itch, acne, pigmentation changes and skin lesions are among the most common patient concerns. Some skin changes warrant in-person assessment rather than remote review.
Skin diagnosis relies heavily on examination. We do not attempt to diagnose skin cancer from written descriptions or photographs — any changing, bleeding or irregular skin lesion should be reviewed in person.

Can you diagnose a mole from a photo?+
No. Any changing, bleeding, irregular or new adult mole should be assessed in person — often with dermoscopy. Photograph-only assessment misses key features and is not safe practice.
