Mental wellbeing
Anxiety, low mood, burnout and sleep problems are common and treatable. Physical symptoms (headache, chest tightness, palpitations, fatigue) often accompany mental-health concerns and deserve equal attention.
We do not assume physical symptoms are 'just anxiety'. A GP consultation includes an appropriate physical assessment alongside mental-health support and, where appropriate, onward psychology or psychiatry input.
