Saxenda vs Wegovy vs Mounjaro — which is best in Dubai?+
Saxenda (liraglutide) is a daily injection with around 5–8% average weight loss. Wegovy (semaglutide 2.4 mg, weekly) typically produces 15–17%. Mounjaro (tirzepatide, weekly) is currently the most effective at 18–22%. Your GP will recommend based on your medical history, tolerance and goals — not a marketing chart.
What's the difference between Wegovy, Ozempic and Mounjaro?+
Ozempic and Wegovy both use semaglutide — Ozempic is licensed for diabetes, Wegovy specifically for weight management.
