Full body check — common questions
What does a 'full body health check' actually include in Dubai?+
Head-to-toe physical examination by a GP, vitals (BP, HR, BMI, SpO₂), ECG where indicated, and a 40+ marker blood panel covering heart, metabolic, hormones, thyroid, liver, kidney, vitamins, iron and inflammation. After results, a doctor-led call and a written wellness plan.
Is a full body health check worth it if I feel fine?+
Yes — the point of a check is to catch the things you can't feel. Raised cholesterol, early insulin resistance, low vitamin D, low ferritin, borderline thyroid and high blood pressure are all silent for years. Catching them at a check is what makes them easy to fix.
How much does a full body check cost?+
AED 1,500 for the men's full body check (WellMan) and AED 1,800 for the women's full body check — both include GP consultation, the full panel, ECG where indicated, examination and a written wellness plan.
Can it be done at home?+
Yes — DHA-licensed nurse for the bloods at home anywhere in Dubai; GP consultation by home visit, in our Business Bay clinic, or by video. ECG is typically done in clinic.
Do I need to fast?+
Yes — 10–12 hours fasting (water only) for accurate fasting glucose, HbA1c and lipid results. Early-morning appointments make this straightforward.
How long until I get results?+
Standard bloods within 24–48 hours; specialist markers (hormones, vitamin D, thyroid antibodies) up to 5 working days. Your GP calls once the full panel is back.
Is it the same as the 100-biomarker subscription tests?+
Different model. Subscription tests sell you many markers and an app; a full body health check with a GP gives you a doctor before and after — picking the markers that matter for you and explaining the results in context. No auto-renewal, no upsell.
