One check. A real doctor. A plan you can actually use.
A proper comprehensive health check in Dubai — full bloods, ECG, head-to-toe exam and a written wellness plan, led by a British-trained GP. No subscription. No upsell. No PDF dumped in your inbox.
What's actually included
GP consultation (30–45 min)
Before the test: history, lifestyle, what you're worried about, what to actually screen for. After: the same GP explains every result.
Full physical examination
Heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph nodes, thyroid, skin, neuro screen — the bits a blood test alone cannot pick up.
ECG where indicated
Resting 12-lead ECG with cardiac risk scoring for anyone with symptoms, family history or over 40.
40+ marker blood panel
Cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, liver, kidney, thyroid, vitamin D, B12, iron, inflammation. Tailored to age, sex and history — not a one-size box.
Written wellness plan
Specific nutrition, activity, supplement and follow-up advice based on your actual numbers. Sent in writing after your results call.
Insurance-ready report
Itemised, ICD-coded, in English. Submit for Bupa / Cigna / Allianz / AXA / Daman reimbursement.

Why a GP-led check beats a subscription box
The new wave of "100-biomarker" subscription tests in Dubai look clever, but the format has a problem: a long PDF, an algorithm, and no doctor who knows you. Numbers without context create either false reassurance or unnecessary worry — and the upsell to supplements and renewals is built into the model.
Our comprehensive health check is led by a British-trained GP from the first conversation to the written plan. You pay once, you own the report, and any next steps are clinical — not commercial.
Comprehensive health check — common questions
What's actually included in a comprehensive health check?+
A 30–45 minute GP consultation, full physical examination, ECG where indicated, and a tailored blood panel (40+ markers covering cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, liver, kidney, thyroid, vitamin and iron status). After your results you get a written wellness plan and a follow-up call with the same GP — not a PDF.
How is this different from the subscription health-test packages?+
Two ways. First, you see and speak to a real GP — before the test (to pick the right markers for you) and after (to explain results in plain English). Second, there's no auto-renewing subscription and no upsell to extra products. Pay once, get the check, get the plan, done.
How much does it cost?+
AED 1,500 for the men's comprehensive check (WellMan) and AED 1,800 for the women's comprehensive check — both include GP consultation, full blood panel, ECG where indicated, physical exam, and a written wellness plan. Itemised invoices for insurance reimbursement.
Can it be done at home?+
Yes. A DHA-licensed nurse can draw bloods at your home anywhere in Dubai, and your GP consultation can be done at home, in our Business Bay clinic, or by video. ECG is typically done in clinic or by home visit.
How fast are results?+
Standard blood results are back within 24–48 hours. Specialist markers (hormones, vitamin D, thyroid antibodies) can take up to 5 working days. Your GP calls you as soon as the full panel is in.
Do I need to fast?+
Yes — 10–12 hours fasting (water only) for accurate fasting glucose, HbA1c and lipid results. We schedule early-morning slots to make this easy.
Is the wellness plan generic?+
No. It's written by your GP after your results, based on your numbers, symptoms, lifestyle and goals. Specific nutrition, activity, supplement and follow-up advice — not a templated PDF.
Is it covered by insurance?+
Comprehensive health checks are typically self-pay in the UAE. We issue an itemised, ICD-coded invoice so you can claim reimbursement where your policy allows.
