A wellness check that ends with a plan, not a dashboard.
Built around how you actually feel — energy, sleep, stress, weight, recovery — backed by full bloods and ECG, and finished with a written wellness plan from a British-trained GP. No app to log into. No subscription to cancel.
What's in the wellness plan
Nutrition
Specific, food-first guidance based on your lipid, glucose, vitamin and iron results — not a generic meal plan.
Activity
Targets that fit your fitness baseline and cardiac risk score. Strength + cardio split appropriate to your goals.
Sleep & stress
Practical adjustments where your cortisol, thyroid or HRV picture suggests they'll move the needle.
Supplements
Recommended only when your bloods justify them — most commonly vitamin D, B12, iron, magnesium. No private range, no commissions.
Follow-up testing
What to retest and when, so the plan turns into measurable change.
Referrals if needed
Cardiology, endocrinology, gynaecology, dermatology — a written referral with your full report.
Wellness check — common questions
What does a wellness check involve?+
A GP consultation focused on how you're functioning — energy, sleep, stress, weight, mood, libido, recovery — combined with a full blood panel, physical examination, ECG where indicated, and a written wellness plan covering nutrition, activity, sleep hygiene and any supplements your bloods suggest.
Is this just a blood test with extra steps?+
No. A wellness check is built around the conversation. The bloods give the data; the GP combines them with how you actually feel and writes a plan you can use. A blood test alone doesn't do that.
What's the wellness plan?+
A written document from your GP after your results — specific nutrition guidance, activity targets, supplement recommendations (only where your bloods justify them), sleep and stress notes, and any follow-up testing or referrals. Not a templated PDF.
Cost?+
AED 1,500 men / AED 1,800 women — both include consultation, full panel, ECG where indicated, examination and the written plan.
Do you push supplements?+
No. Supplements are recommended only when your bloods or symptoms actually justify them — most commonly vitamin D, B12, iron or magnesium. We don't sell a private supplement range and we don't take commissions.
Home or clinic?+
Either. Bloods at home anywhere in Dubai by DHA-licensed nurse; GP consultation by home visit, in our Business Bay clinic, or by video.
