A DHA-licensed nurse comes to your home or office anywhere in Dubai and draws the baseline metabolic panel: HbA1c, fasting glucose, full lipids, thyroid, liver and kidney function, and lipase. Typical on-site time is 30–45 minutes.

Results and a written plan
Your GP reviews the bloods, then walks you through them on a video call — including anything unrelated to weight that shows up. You receive a written plan covering the medicine (where appropriate), the titration schedule and the monitoring intervals.

When we ask you to come to the clinic instead
Home care covers most of this pathway, but not all of it. We ask you to attend the clinic in Business Bay when a physical examination changes the plan — persistent abdominal pain on a GLP-1, suspected gallbladder or pancreatic symptoms, blood pressure that needs repeated in-person measurement, or a finding on your bloods that needs an ECG or further examination. Saying that plainly is part of doctor-led care; a service that never asks you to be seen is not managing risk.

How long does the home blood draw take?
Usually 30–45 minutes on site, including the paperwork and consent. Results come back in 24–48 hours, followed by a video call from your GP to interpret them properly rather than emailing you a PDF.
Is the medication safe to deliver in Dubai heat?
GLP-1 pens need 2–8°C storage until first use, so delivery is temperature-controlled and handed over in person — never left at reception or with a concierge. If nobody can receive it, we rebook rather than risk the cold chain.
Can I switch from home visits to clinic appointments later?
Yes, and many patients mix the two: home for bloods, clinic in Business Bay when they want a face-to-face review. The same named GP holds the case either way, so nothing restarts when you switch.
