Most persistent tiredness has a findable, treatable cause — and often more than one. These are the six we see most often in Dubai.

- 1. GP consultation. Sleep, mood, diet, periods, medication, weight change, training load and any red-flag symptoms — in clinic in Business Bay, at home, or by video.
- 2. Targeted blood panel. Chosen for you, not a fixed menu. Taken in clinic or by a DHA-licensed nurse at your home, hotel or office.
- 3. Doctor interpretation. Your GP reads the whole picture — borderline results included — and tells you what it means in plain English.
- 4. A plan. Treatment, replacement therapy, lifestyle changes or referral where needed, plus a retest interval so we can see whether it worked.
- 5. Follow-up. The same clinical team keeps your record, so next year's results are compared with this year's.

What blood tests should I have if I am always tired?+
A sensible first panel is full blood count, ferritin and iron studies, vitamin D, vitamin B12 and folate, thyroid function (TSH and free T4), HbA1c, kidney and liver function, and inflammatory markers. Depending on your history and symptoms your GP may add testosterone, female hormones, coeliac screening or cortisol.
Why am I tired all the time in Dubai?+
The most common reversible causes we find are low vitamin D, low ferritin, thyroid dysfunction, poor or fragmented sleep, dehydration, undiagnosed prediabetes and low mood or stress. Many people have more than one. That is exactly why the result needs a doctor to interpret it, not just a PDF.
Can I have a fatigue blood test at home in Dubai?+
Yes. A DHA-licensed nurse comes to your home, hotel or office anywhere in Dubai, takes the sample, and your GP reviews the full picture with you afterwards by phone, video or in clinic.
How much does a fatigue check cost in Dubai?+
A GP consultation is from AED 400 in clinic and AED 500 at home; the blood panel is priced on the tests selected, and single markers such as vitamin D start from AED 200. We confirm the total before anything is taken. We are self-pay and issue a fully coded invoice you can submit to your insurer.
When is tiredness a reason to be seen urgently?+
Seek urgent or emergency care for fatigue with chest pain, breathlessness at rest, fainting, coughing or passing blood, unexplained weight loss, a new lump, or confusion. Call 998 or attend an emergency department rather than waiting for a clinic appointment.
How fast are the results?+
Most fatigue markers (blood count, ferritin, vitamin D, B12, thyroid, HbA1c) come back same-day or within 24 hours. Your GP then explains what they mean and what to do next.
