How long does an on-site corporate health screening take?

Each employee takes approximately 15–20 minutes for a standard screening. A team of 20 can typically be screened in a single morning session. We work around your office schedule to minimise disruption.
Are employee health check results confidential from the employer?

Individual results are released directly to each employee and we do not share them with HR or the employer — HR only receives an anonymised aggregate report showing team-level trends without identifying any individual. As a DHA-licensed clinic we are legally required to upload results to NABIDH (the Dubai Health Authority's unified health record), where other licensed UAE healthcare providers — and in some cases insurers with NABIDH access rights — may be able to view them.
Does a GP actually call each employee with their results?

Yes — this is Aafiyah's core differentiator. Every employee receives a personal call from a British-trained GP to discuss their results, explain what they mean, and recommend any follow-up. This is not standard practice among most Dubai corporate health providers.

Employee confidentiality
- Individual employee health results remain confidential and are provided directly to the employee.
- Employers receive only appropriate, anonymous or appropriately aggregated workforce information.
- Personal diagnoses are not placed into a general employer report and individual medical notes are not shared with managers.
- Participation, consent and how data is used are explained to every employee before screening.
- Clinical records are kept separate from employer-facing and commercial information.
- As a DHA-licensed clinic, results are recorded in the Dubai Health Authority's NABIDH health record in line with UAE regulation.
Preparation depends on the tests included in your package. Some blood tests require fasting and some do not — employees receive written preparation instructions for their specific package before the screening date. Nobody should stop prescribed medicine unless a clinician has given them personal instructions to do so.
Turnaround depends on the tests in your package. Your confirmed timescale is set out in your proposal, and every employee is contacted by a GP once their results have been reviewed.
When not to wait for a workplace screening
Workplace screening is preventive care. It is not a substitute for urgent medical assessment. Call 998 or attend the nearest emergency department for:
