The appointment itself
The difference from a standard check is time. A full history covers work pattern, sleep, alcohol, activity, family history and current symptoms, followed by examination and measurements, then a considered conversation about what matters most for that individual.
Test selection follows the history rather than a fixed panel, because more tests are not the same as better information.
Privacy for senior staff
Senior appointments are scheduled individually rather than during a visible screening day, and no attendance list reaches the company. Nothing is shared with a board, principal or HR team without the individual's explicit consent.
Where discretion matters, appointments can be arranged outside standard hours or at the individual's office or home.
What happens with findings
Findings are explained the same day where possible, with a written summary and a clear plan: repeat, monitor, treat or refer. Follow-up sits with the same GP rather than being handed on.

No assessment rules out every future illness, and screening a healthy person can produce findings that need cautious interpretation rather than intervention. That is discussed openly before tests are chosen.
