Corporate GP access explained
Corporate GP access gives your employees a route to a named doctor at our Business Bay clinic rather than a different provider each time. It covers everyday GP consultations, follow-up after screening, and referral where needed, with clinical information staying between the employee and the doctor.
Key facts
- Clinic
- Aafiyah Care Clinic, Unit G09, Churchill Executive Towers, Business Bay, Dubai.
- Clinical model
- British-led, GP-led primary care. One licensed clinic; on-site corporate care is delivered by that team travelling to your workplace.
- Coverage
- On-site corporate health services across Dubai business districts.
- Confidentiality
- Individual results go to the employee. Employers receive only anonymised, aggregate information agreed in advance.
- Pricing
- Corporate programmes are scoped per organisation and quoted in a proposal. No prices are published.
- Not offered
- No school health services and no formal occupational-health certification or fitness-to-work certification.
What continuity changes
Seeing the same GP means the history is already known: previous results, medicines, what was tried last time and what happened next. That shortens appointments and reduces repeated tests.
It also makes it likelier that a slowly developing problem is noticed, because the doctor has a baseline to compare against.
What it covers day to day
Ordinary GP care: acute illness, ongoing conditions, medication reviews, results interpretation, and referral to specialists or physiotherapy where that is the right next step.
It is also where screening follow-up lands, so an abnormal result becomes a real appointment rather than a line in a report.
How access is arranged
Access is arranged through your HR contact and the employee books directly. The employer is not told who booked, when, or why.
Individual clinical information stays with the employee. Employers receive only anonymised, aggregate reporting agreed before the programme begins, and only where group numbers are large enough that nobody can be identified from it.
What it is not
It is not insurance, and it is not an emergency service. Chest pain, breathlessness at rest, fainting, sudden weakness or thoughts of self-harm need urgent care now — 998 for an ambulance, or a hospital emergency department.
It also does not include statutory occupational-health provision or fitness-to-work certification.

What does corporate GP access give employees?
A route to a named doctor at our Business Bay clinic for everyday GP care: acute illness, ongoing conditions, medication reviews, results interpretation, screening follow-up and referral where needed. The employer is not told who booked, when, or why.
It is not insurance and not an emergency service. Severe or worsening symptoms need urgent care on 998 or at a hospital emergency department.
Why does seeing the same GP matter?
Because the history is already known: previous results, medicines, what was tried before and what happened next. That shortens appointments, avoids repeated tests, and makes it likelier that a slowly developing problem is noticed against an existing baseline.
Continuity is the part of a corporate programme employees notice most, and the part that changes outcomes.

What employers ask before choosing a provider
Can our company have a dedicated GP or company doctor in Dubai?
+
Yes. A corporate GP retainer gives your employees prioritised access to the same British-trained GPs at our Business Bay clinic, with agreed response expectations and telehealth for issues that do not need a room. Continuity matters here — your staff see doctors who know your workforce.
What is the difference between a corporate GP retainer and pay-as-you-go?
+
A retainer commits capacity for your team: agreed access, an assigned clinical contact and a predictable route for employees who need to be seen. Pay-as-you-go works fine for occasional needs, but a retainer suits employers who want continuity and faster resolution for their people.
Do you offer telehealth for employees who cannot attend the clinic?
+
Yes. Employee telehealth is included in corporate GP arrangements for issues that can be assessed remotely, with in-person review at Business Bay or a home visit when a physical examination is needed. Employees are never left with a remote-only answer where an examination is clinically required.
What does a corporate wellness programme in Dubai include?
+
A corporate wellness programme with Aafiyah Care Clinic combines employee health checks, GP access, on-site screening days and workplace health education, scoped to your workforce. Every element is delivered by our own British-trained, GP-led clinical team from our Business Bay clinic — not subcontracted to a dispatch app.
How do we start an employee wellbeing programme for our company?
+
Tell us your headcount, sites and what you want the programme to achieve. We propose a scope — screening content, delivery format, on-site days, GP access — and confirm what employees receive and what the employer receives. Programmes are quoted bespoke; there is no fixed package to fit into.
Do you work with SMEs as well as large employers in Dubai?
+
Yes. Workplace wellness works for a ten-person team as well as a thousand-person workforce; the difference is delivery format. Smaller teams often attend the Business Bay clinic in booked slots, while larger workforces are better served by an on-site health day at your office.
This page is general information for employers, not medical advice and not legal advice. Aafiyah Care Clinic does not provide school health services or formal occupational-health certification. For an individual health concern, speak to a doctor — contact the clinic.
