When in my cycle should I test?
For most markers, day 2–5. For progesterone specifically, day 21 of a 28-day cycle. AMH and thyroid can be tested any day.
I'm on the pill — can I still test?
Some hormones are suppressed by combined pill; we'll advise which are meaningful. Discussing what you want to know first is usually the right first step.
Do I need every marker?
