What does "unlimited GP appointments" actually mean?+
Exactly that — you can see your named GP as often as you clinically need to, with no per-visit charge and no annual cap. Clinic visit, home visit, video, or a WhatsApp message: all included in the Platinum annual fee.
What does "unlimited clinically-justified blood tests" mean?+
Any blood test your GP decides you need is included — repeat thyroid checks, iron studies, hormone monitoring, cholesterol re-tests after lifestyle change, the lot. "Clinically justified" simply means your doctor (not a checklist) prescribes it, which keeps the service medical, not commercial.
Is this really the first in Dubai?+
Yes — Aafiyah is the only clinic in Dubai we know of offering true unlimited GP appointments plus unlimited clinically-justified blood tests on a single annual fee. Most concierge or membership clinics cap visits or charge per blood test. We don't.
Why a flat annual fee instead of pay-per-visit?+

How much is it?+
Platinum (unlimited GP + unlimited clinically-justified bloods + concierge service) is AED 17,000 per year. We also offer Silver (AED 9,000) and Gold (AED 14,000) tiers if you want a structured rather than unlimited plan.
Do I get the same doctor every time?+
Yes — you're assigned a named British-trained GP who knows your history, your family and your medications. No clinic-roulette, no re-explaining your story.
Does it include home visits across Dubai?+
Yes. Platinum includes home visits across all major Dubai areas — Business Bay, Downtown, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, JBR, JLT, JVC, Mirdif, Al Barsha and more.
What happens with specialist referrals?+
We manage them end-to-end. We refer you to a trusted specialist, we follow up on the report, and your GP reviews it with you. You never get "lost" between providers — that's the whole point.
Can I add my family?+
Yes. Platinum includes a 20% family discount when you add 4 or more household members. Same named GP for the whole family, one record, proper continuity.
Is it covered by insurance?+
Memberships are typically self-pay. We issue itemised, ICD-coded invoices for any consultation or test where reimbursement is possible under your policy.
