Injury rehabilitation — what to expect
Every sports injury case starts with an objective assessment: range of motion, strength, stability, sport-specific movement testing and pain mapping. Your physiotherapist writes a structured, staged programme with clear return-to-sport criteria. Where there is any suspicion of a serious injury (fracture, ligament rupture, meniscal tear) our GP triages the case and coordinates imaging or specialist referral before rehabilitation continues.
