Is the Silver membership right for me?
Silver suits generally well adults and families who want a named GP, priority booking and a structured health record — without the volume of a chronic-condition plan. If you have an existing condition, Gold or Platinum are usually a better fit.
What's included in the AED 9,000 fee?
Four GP consultations, two nurse visits, your named GP for the year, priority booking, and a snapshot annual health plan. Consultations can be in-clinic or video. Blood tests and add-on services are charged separately at member rates.
Can I upgrade from Silver to Gold or Platinum later?
Yes. We pro-rata the upgrade — you only pay the difference for the remaining months of your year. Many members start on Silver and move up as their needs change.
Are home visits included on Silver?
Home visits are on request and charged at the member rate, not included in the base fee. If you know you'll want home visits regularly, Gold or Platinum are the better choice.
Can I use my Silver membership for family members?
Silver is an individual membership. For families, we offer a family enrolment discount on 3+ members. WhatsApp us and we'll put a family quote together.
