How Long Is a Home Physiotherapy Session?
At Aafiyah Home Rehabilitation, every session is designed around the patient's needs, condition and recovery goals. We do not believe in rushed, one-size-fits-all appointments. Home physiotherapy requires enough time to assess properly, treat safely, teach exercises clearly and review progress.
Initial Home Rehabilitation Assessment
Best for new patients. Includes full history, movement and pain assessment, functional review, home environment review, goal setting, first treatment session, education and a personalised exercise plan.
Standard Home Physiotherapy Follow-Up
Best for most patients receiving ongoing physiotherapy at home. Includes progress review, reassessment, treatment, exercise progression, technique correction, advice and planning for the next stage of recovery.
Complex Rehabilitation Session
Best for patients with more complex needs such as stroke recovery, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, frailty, balance problems, falls risk, walking difficulty or complex post-operative rehabilitation.
Sports Rehabilitation Session
Best for sports injuries, gym injuries, running injuries, ACL recovery, return-to-sport planning, movement analysis, strength testing, exercise progression and performance-focused rehabilitation.
